February 2012 Bootcamp

Program Your Own Electronic Devices!

Machine Science and TechBoston are hosting a two-day technology bootcamp at Madison Park Technical Vocational School for students in grades 6 to 12. The camp will be held on Tuesday, February 21 and Wednesday, February 22, from 8:30AM to 3:00PM.

At the camp, you will have the chance to build and program your own electronic devices, using Machine Science’s XIPMods and the C programming language.

  • Learn about microcontroller technology
  • Write computer programs in C
  • Learn how to debug computer programs
  • Control button switches, LEDs, and LCD text displays
  • Use a TV remote to communicate wirelessly

Registration

The camp is open to all BPS students in grades 6 to 12. You must be a Boston resident to attend the camp. Space is limited and registration is required. Click on the link below to complete the online camp registration form.
